Jini Kim

I am a Ph.D. student at the Human-Computer Interaction Institute at Carnegie Mellon University, School of Computer Science, where I work with Jodi Forlizzi and Hong Shen. My research interests lie in the fields of Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) and Computer-Supported Collaborative Work (CSCW). My primary focus is on designing tools and methodologies that assist AI practitioners in understanding and prioritizing responsible design practices and human values when creating AI experiences.

I obtained my Master's degree in Industrial Design from KAIST (Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology). Prior to my master's, I received a B.S. in ICT (Information and Communications Technology) & UX Design from Handong Global University.
